Hey all We've been super quiet on dA lately... but here we are again! :la: The last couple of months have not seen much cosplay progress - even though we had a bunch of events in Cape Town recently, we either wore old costumes or none at all *orz* But! Starting today I'll be working very hard on our newest cosplays, the Medic and Engineer from Team Fortress 2! If you wanna see WIP stuffies, I'll be posting that on our Facebook page. We have a bunch of exciting things planned for the rest of the year as well. Heya! So a couple of months ago we submitted some of our pictures to a book that was being compiled, called "1,000 Incredible Costume and Cosplay Ideas". Its been ages, so I've almost forgotten about it. But on Saturday a friend of ours spotted that the pre-order was up on Amazon, and that Darren was on the cover!! :la: I think they liked us because of the rather unconventional (and low-budget) ways we constructed the costume, haha. Hi all! Time for a 'little' update again ^_^ Things have been relatively quiet this side since the Thor cosplay got done... and then suddenly everything got exciting again! Why does it always work that way? rAge was at the beginning of this month, and engineerDarren (https://www.deviantart.com/engineerdarren) and I both felt a weird kinda sadness at not being able to go. Our cosplay journey together started with doing Hawke and Merrill for rAge last year! It felt weird thinking back to how many hours and day we spent crunching to get them finished last year.
